Ian Shaw is the founder of Costa Rica Livin’, a boutique real estate firm based in Guanacaste. Originally from Canada, Ian combines North American standards with deep local insight to help clients relocate, invest, and embrace the Pura Vida lifestyle. Based in Ocotal, he leads the Coco office and specializes in residential sales, vacation rentals, and investment properties across Costa Rica’s Gold Coast.
